Los Angeles California: Things to do for a weekend

I have been to Los Angeles California, and here is my suggestion of the things to do in L.A. for a weekend illustrated with many photos at the end. The tour will cover Hollywood Walk of Fame, Hollywood Boulevard, Kodak Theatre, Chinese Theatre, Beverly Hills, Via Rodeo, Griffith Observatory, Malibu beach, Venice Beach and Santa Monica beach.

First Day in Los Angeles:

Start your first day in Los Angeles by visiting the Hollywood Walk of Fame (famous people name written on stars embedded in the sidewalks) and the Hollywood Boulevard. Then, go to the  Kodak Theatre and Chinese Theatre. You can also buy a ticket for a guided tour inside the Kodak Theatre the place where the Academy Awards Ceremonies (The Oscars) is held every year. I think It does worth a visit. from these attractions, you can also see the  famous Hollywood sign.

Once you finish with these attractions, you can go to Beverly Hills which is known by its luxurious culture and its famous residents that belongs to film celebrities. Once you finish admiring the rich part of L.A., then you can go to  Via Rodeo, a nice place for shopping, however it is very expensive.

Just before the sunset you can go to the Griffith Observatory. It’s on the top of the hill and you will have a nice view over the famous Hollywood sign and also a stunning view over the skyscrapers of Los Angeles. It is better to have a good camera with a tripod to take nice pictures by night.

Second Day in Los Angeles:

You can make this day as your californian beach life experience. Check the famous  Malibu beach, Venice Beach and Santa Monica beach. It is also possible to rent a bike and go for cycling by the beach which is also great. Moreover, Santa Monica city is very nice and it worth a visit.
